At JP Chic Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our amazing loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please email us immediately and we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

First things first--- Please take a look at your order as soon as your receive your order. Take is out of the package and hold it in your hands. If you think that the item is defective, you must contact our customer service team within 5 business days of your receipt of your order.


If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that inconvenience sorted out for you! 

Please, please, PLEASE  read our rules and procedures prior to placing an order from our store. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every wonderful piece you purchase from us. 

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email that you signed up with. We cannot issue refunds to original method of payment.
  • All returns must be received within 7 calendar days of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain scent free, un-washed and unworn with tags still attached. ***(If we suspect that item has been worn or washed- and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.)***
  • Non Returnable Items Include: accessories, hats and jewelry. 
  • Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we are at fault.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

How Will I recieve my store credit?   You can expect to be emailed an E-Giftcard within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse.
Do we offer return labels?

We do not currently offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future and get bigger.

Can I make a return past the 7 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 7 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $8 shipping charge to have the items sent back.
